At Makeup by Zara, I aim to provide a smooth and reliable booking experience. Please read the policy below before securing your appointment.

Booking Information​

To make a booking, please provide the following details:

• Full Name

• Event Date

• Time to Be Ready By

• Number of People

• Full Address (including postcode)

• Event / Desired Service

Deposits & Payments​

• A 50% non-refundable deposit (per person) is required to secure your booking.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer prior to your appointment.

• Failure to pay the remaining balance before the scheduled appointment may result in your booking being cancelled.

Cancellations & Amendments​​

 

Client Cancellations

• If you, the client, choose to cancel your appointment, all payments made — including deposits — are non-refundable.

• Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your booking.

• You may reschedule (subject to availability) if requested at least 72 hours before the appointment.

• Any reduction in the number of people booked with less than 72 hours’ notice will still be charged in full.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment require full payment, as the slot cannot be filled at short notice.

Artist Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

• If unforeseen circumstances—such as emergencies, severe illness, or acts of God—prevent me from attending, I will do my utmost to assist you in finding a trusted and highly recommended replacement makeup artist.

Travel & Additional Charges​

• Travel fees may apply depending on your location and will be confirmed during booking.

• Any parking charges, congestion fees, or travel-related costs must be covered by the client.

Lateness Policy​

• Please ensure all clients are ready at the agreed start time.

• Delays may result in reduced service time or incomplete work if the artist has another booking afterwards.

Health & Safety​

• Please inform the artist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions at the time of booking.

• Makeup by Zara is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.
