WHAT IS YOU BOOKING PROCEDURE?

For all makeup services, a 50% non-refundable deposit (per person) is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is to be settled in cash upon my arrival, prior to the commencement of makeup application.
For bridal bookings, please contact me directly to discuss pricing details and how I could tailor the package to suit your requirements.
WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING POLICY?

At least 48 hours notice is required.

A non-refundable 50% deposit per person is required to secure all makeup bookings. For bridal services please contact me to discuss rates.

I operate on a first come first served basis,

Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-transferrable to different date, time, or person.

I am based in Newcastle upon Tyne (NE15).

I can travel (travel charges will apply).

Out of hours service charges (before 9am or after 5pm - including Bank Holidays) £10 per booking.

I do not do hair.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If I need to cancel the booking, rest assured that you, the client, will receive a complete refund of all costs paid. In the unlikely scenario where unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies, acts of god, or severe illness, prevent me from attending your appointment, I will do my best to assist you in finding a replacement makeup artist whom I highly recommend.
If you, the client, cancel the booking, payments already made will not be refunded. Please contact me as soon as possible for cancellation requests.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, I am fully insured with £3 million Public Liability Insurance, which includes coverage for Products and Professional Treatment Risk Liability. This insurance provides protection for both my clients and myself in the unlikely event of any unforeseen incidents during our makeup sessions. Your safety and peace of mind are my top priorities.
